One lady has a Really bad attitude. Trying to return an item. It took her more than 10min to check the item, check receipt, check card number. Holding my phone a few minutes just to see the receipt email. From Her face, it looks like I own her money.

I had a very bad experience here. I bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2 which was my Birthday present from my wife and daughter. The cost of the watch was £800.00.
