I did quite alot of shopping and didn't have a £1 coin for the trolley instead I had use the basket. The security guard was very rude and petty. Despite explaining to her that I will have to take the basket to my car which contained alot of heavy items. Once I load those items into boot then I will return the basket back... read full comment

Staff named Amna was rude and refused to return a product, even though it was not fit for purpose and within a week of purchase, she said you’ve used it so can’t return!! I’m not a magician to know if a product in the box is working or not. Very rude staff, They need training on customer service and consumer rights.

The manager Huma is very good and customer service skills are top.Her staff are also very friendly helpful.My go to local argos!
