Had a very bad experience the staff made me feel uncomfortable and confused the young staff need customer service training. I didn't get any help and left with no glasses.

Glasses incorrectly made. Sent off to be remade. Advised would be back asap. Over a week later I get a text after 5pm on a Friday evening store closes at 5.30, to tell me they need to be collected at my earliest convenience. Not great service to be honest.
