The Royal Mail is evrtyhing that is wrong with the UK at the minute. Prices increase whilst the service is on the decline. Sporadic deliveries, delayed or postponed and no office open to collect. Terrible service. Always late. And recently thrown my limited pressing vinyls over my backgarden fence and called that a safe space, joke of a service. Used to have sympathy for the postman but they just don't care

The staff are friendly but what on earth is the point of only being open for 2 hours a day, and those 2 hours being while everyone is at work? Might as well not bother.
