I love my local New Look. LB is very lucky to have it. The staff are all really genuinely friendly. Good management.

The shop doors stay closed - if you leave them open the manager will get cross and run over to shut them and then just stare at you whilst talking to other staff about you… so uncomfortable ( I have a buggy so it’s tricky to get it without opening the door)The same manager also asked me not to return items a few times... read full comment
