The customer service is this pharmacy is absolutely abysmal. For the 3rd time in a few months I've been in to collect a prescription for my elderly mother after she's been notified that it was ready, only to stand in a queue for 20+ mins and then find out it wasn't available after all... Went there to get a jab for covid. Wasn't very busy in fact it was quiet.
