Its a shame I cannot give no star. the lady at the post office threw my parcel to the floor and broke my mother's day present. U can imagine how hard she did it given it was appropriately wrapped and had a fragile sticker on it. The shop worker and people around saw it and everyone cringed. Ladies at this post office are never nice. I got a feeling that the lady which takes the parcels doesn't want to work there, but she has to. She never smiles, she's often at the back and customers have to wait for her and never apologises or saying anything nice.
