I was really disappointed with the service at Costa today, long queue and slow service. We finally made our order. The counter hadn’t been wiped down and when we finally received our drinks and arrived at a table it was dirty and the one next to it had a tray of used dirty cups. You know what you get with Costa, nothing fancy but just great coffee and chill atmosphere.
