Awful experience. The grumpy older woman with brown hair was rude, didn’t smile once and my drink was not the usual Costa standard I expect. Will be going to Kempston Interchange branch in future.

Shop closes at 530pm went in at 520pm and told it shuts at 5pm, not what it states on their website very poor response to me when I went in and challenged why I couldn't get served

Not the best Costa in the area. Service is okay, however, the woman (manager maybe) can come across as very stand offish. The Atmosphere quite loud.
