The cashier called Premy canceled my fueling and I was not able to get an full tank of fuel, for some reasons known only by her. This is unacceptable

Please retrain staff. Had clubcard vouchers for fuel to use, got told i couldnt use them on petrol even though i’d literally did it a couple weeks before. Esso website even says you can use clubcard vouchers towards petrol.
