This branch’s customer service is usually alright. But recently, the machines inside wouldn’t allow me to deposit any cash and rejects it, therefore either have to queue up or go outside to the machine and wait quite a while for it to come in to the account.

Staff are friendly and the queue moves quickly. A lovely elderly lady who works as a Cashier is so nice. Very pleasant lady, always smiling and great with the customers.

This bank is on High Street North, very helpful staff. Helped my son set up a new account from a child trust fund.
