Never call when prescriptions are ready, yet when you go in to collect they ask if you've received a call or message :/I picked up one recently that was dated from November. Nobody thought to call me and tell me it was ready in the 4/5 weeks it was sitting there. On top of that they change opening times without any notification... read full comment
