Terrible experience! First no maple drinks even though they were advertised. I ordered a decaf cappuccino small and it was in a huge cup, tasted of hot water and milk and had to be sent back. Horrendous, staff don’t care and queue was out the door. No sense of urgency at all. Two people on the coffee machine and no drinks actually being made at a meaningful pace. I used to work for costa and I wouldn’t imagine having this little regard

Terrible. Every table dirty and the two young lads working there standing around on their phones doing nothing.
