It was good the people who work there were so good helping out any questions they answered really good people and some price was Abit to high for second hand stuff other than that everything was good

Really poor experience here.Purchased two armchairs - £60 each! Which is quite a lot, given the quality of these chairs.Don’t get me started on the £30 delivery fee on top, to a local postcode!And to top it off, rude people working at the check out.No call either to inform customers of their arrival!I won’t bother.

It's ok, some good stuff at reasonable prices. BHF have raise prices to ridiculous amounts on a lot of things though
