I was in today and the store system doesn’t work and they have been so rude to me saying to check my bank account when I have tried with the card pin as well. This is so rude

Very nice and helpful :) Used both convenience store and post office inside - only thing is they could open at 8:30 rather than 9 so I can do my morning shopping before work ?
