I went into the Halifax on Thursday 12th November in Biggleswade to sort out a problem with my account. I couldn't access my money. A lovely lady called Debbie helped me. brilliant can't fault them always helpful, on the ball, friendly, if counter busy the floor staff always sort you out and are good to chat to and have a laugh, hope they are not going to close
