Extremely rude manager Colin, couldn't be bothered to help at all. I had a price query at self service checkout and asked him for help, he seemed annoyed that i had bothered him and had absolutely no interest in trying to help me at all, leaving me struggliing alone and feeling like a nuisance. This store has gone down hill completely. You have to use self service tills only, my mother is elderly and her eyes are struggling and finds this difficult. Staff very miserable and everything seems to be an effort. Dirty floors and lift. I won't be returning.
