There is NO WAY this Tesco has a 4??? The staff are NEVER and I mean never at the till you have to walk around the shop and find them like it’s an inconvenience to be served. It takes ages. They look the doors some night before the shop closes. Awful Tesco

Popped in here last night to grab a couple of bits with my 3 year old. Easy shopping experience as always but ended with a surprise. A member of their team came over with a wrapped present and gave it to my child, which really made his day. Things like this don't have to be done, yet can leave a real impression on customers.... read full comment

Rude staff who don't want to serve you, they want you to use the selfservice which I refuse to use. Urgent customer training needs injecting into this store to serve customers in a polite and helpful way. I will be taking this to HO.
