Completely useless - two ‘please do not bend’ envelopes have been delivered by Ampthill DO in the past week bent, both with rubber bands around them. Got a email saying my product was meant to arrive today between 9 and 10 it's now 12 and still nothing plus there closed now so I doubt I will get it today

The staff at the delivery office in Ampthill are always so friendly and helpful! There was an issue with their label printer today and they went above and beyond to help me out so I could get my parcels sent out on time.
