The only positive I can honestly say is the location. As soon as you enter the front doors you are greeted with an overwhelming smell of stale cigarette/urine/sweat. I loved this hotel, the room and location. A great place to stay for the beer festival this weekend. It was very quiet, the bed was super comfy and had a nice view of the river from my window.

Room was fine only problem was the Room key cards constantly deactivating on a daily base's over a 4 night stay.
