Lady at the post office who's name I cannot remember is extremely rude! then stating how my parcel is too big to take on when parcel force indeed allows my size parcels to be delivered.only 8 grams more .....its been 108g instead of 100g and she not taking.... Needs some organisation around parcel collection from various delivery companies other than Royal Mail.

Very rude people question you cause you ask for a piece of paper and will not give it to you and then when you say to them you need to write a reference number down you can't waste the envelope they start saying ask nicely and screaming and shouting at you to the point where I ve had to leave iid1878 M going to be reporting... read full comment
