Took my daughters phone in after she smashed the front and back. They charged £110 to “repair” the phone but now it doesn’t charge and is displaying an “iPhone unavailable” message as if the wrong passcode is being used and the timer is increasing despite no new attempts to input a passcode. A complete rip off.

Got phone fixed on the Saturday, paid £60. Was given a receipt and told I had 28 days warranty. Tuesday morning phone is not responding to touch and eventually got it on and screen was white.
