The staff at this branch are incompetent!!! I went in to change my name, but after three attempts on three different occasions with three different staff members, they still couldn't complete the task properly. Awful bank, awful staff who would rather fob a customer off than actually help then. Branch manager is a waste of space. Anything needs his sign off good luck you'll be waiting months. Whole branch needs a course in how to treat it's customers with a bit of respect. Moving to another bank.
