Really bad service. Ordered garden furniture in feb with a 8 week wait. Just been told its now been delayed. 8 weeks turns into 17 weeks. I was told I should of got an email telling me of the delay and when I said I have not, tried telling me to check my junk folder. One of the Armchairs was damaged and two of the items had light coloured feet and other one had dark coloured feet and castor! !! We went into the CRoydon StorE and reported this and we await your action to correct these matters

Told 9 weeks when ordered my furniture and it ended up being 16 weeks. Had to call customer services every week took 1 hour every time to get through. Didn’t like the attitude of the customer services, pretty much told I had to wait longer and shut up and be patient! Love the furniture but the customer services are poor... read full comment
