Product on display but so called No Stock meant we couldn't place order, were asked to come back following week to see if in stock...returned following week product still not in stock but price has gone up ... now the store would take order but its delivery only by paying £35 even though the product is a one person parcel... read full comment

Not a good storeOperatives need to learn more about items for sale can't call them sales personal as they don't know much about TVTell you a load of useless information.More than 3 ops walking about ignoring customers.Not go go back there

A member of staff helped me find the correct printer etc, he was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I did however overhear other members of staff being extremely rude to both waiting customers and each other. This trip could have been very different if I was dealt with like they were.
