Amazingly helpful staff with very knowledgeable Pharmacists. Always going the extra mile to help when required. A great resource for Kempston and excellent customer service.

Very bad service. Gp send them 2 prescription for my dad. 1st for high cholesterol and 2nd for pain . But the pharmacist give him only medicine for pain. And when I went today she try to make me fool she said yes this medicine we give him is for cholesterol but it was not. I insist there I said no this for pain not for... read full comment

Excellent Pharmcy staff are professional polite and very respectful at all times. However last week I witnessed a customer direct appalling rude disgusting behaviour to the lady who was dealing with him. Needless to say she still remained professional as she always does.
