Really disappointed since they have put in the self service tills not a good experience in fact it put me off shopping in boots

Terrible treatment by the security guard his eyes followed us around the store, very uncomfortable, and embarrassing, then whispered to a young chap that worked in the store.Mmm I wonder why?
