The products themselves I would say are good value for money. But some of the colleagues should not be in customer service! My small child had taken a sweet from a pick and mix which I corrected her for. A shop worker decided to approach my shy 4 year old. Large store, pretty much like any other range but some of the staff are completely useless. Constantly long queues with only one person serving as others stand on customer service chatting/gossiping. One in particular is an older, larger woman who I’ve never seen do anything other than chat. Renovating a house nearby... read full comment

Stock piled everywhere. Prices missing from most items. Short staffed so no tills open except the refund part. 5 stars for the staff who are trying their best and try to help without getting angry at the shoppers who are rude. Quite sad to see how this store is being ignored by management.
