Walked up early to post a parcel as the website says the post office is available throughout the hours of opening. Was greeted by the response 'The post office doesn't open until 7, we don't make the rules ' and the other assistant just totally blanking me. It wasn't busy and would have taken just a few minutes. Just visited for a couple of bits,asked for a bag as none were at the self-service till, and was told they only have the £1 carrier bags , I pointed out the pile of cheaper bags, the girl behind the counter looked at them and informed me we don't have any !!! Quite ridiculous profiteering.

The co-op in purbrook is a great place to do your weekly shop if you're a local. They frequently have a wide range of produce available, and the reduced section consistently delivers. My main complaint is the lack of vegan options, such as for plant based 'meats': i was unavailable to get in any fake chicken for my stir...
